All standard delivery parcels will require a signature on delivery. UK standard delivery orders are sent using MyHermes Parcel Service. Once your parcel has been collected (usually within 2 working days of placing your order) we will send you a confirmation email to let you know your parcel has been despatched from our warehouse. Once parcels have been despatched we are unable to change the address. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. All parcels will require signature upon delivery. next day delivery
Next day delivery is £6.
All parcels will require a signature on delivery. Please place all Next Day orders by 12 noon the day before the item is to be delivered, to ensure that your order will be with you by the next day. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times. Once your parcel has been collected we will send you a confirmation email to let you know your parcel has been despatched from our warehouse. Once parcels have been despatched we are unable to change the address. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. During Sale period we are not always able to offer the next day delivery service.
Overseas delivery is £8 within the EU and £12 for outside Europe. Orders for delivery outside the UK will arrive within 7-14 working days. We can trace your parcel until it reaches the destination sorting office, where it will be passed on to local mail carriers. Please note we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed.
We understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable and are very happy to help you choose something else or offer a full refund.

Sale items may be refunded within 7 days of receipt of order, if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. After this period, sale items may be returned in exchange for a credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition, within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase.
Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. If you decide to refund a gift we can’t prevent the card-owner knowing.
